Santa boards at 4 pm and “drives in” from around the corner. Waves to anyone on the boardwalk. He will be dropped on the dock and walk over to the clock tower for the ceremony
4:30p - Lighting Ceremony @ the clock tower
Mayor Koch is joined by Santa and other dignitaries/sponsors for the “lighting” ceremony.
